Seyed Shamsuddin Mousavi holds a PhD in strategic management from Japan.

A significant part of his 25-year professional background has been in the construction headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) and since 2015 he has continued his activities in the Bonyad-e Mostazafan (Foundation of the Oppressed).
