According to IRNA, the Russian embassy in Iran, in response to the news of some Western media about Russia's access to the Caspian Sea gas field, said in a statement: "Unrealistic news has been published for the second time in some Western media saying that Russia allegedly has access to the design of a gas field in the Caspian Sea, and this unrealistic news has attracted some attention.”

The Russian Embassy in Tehran continued that from the viewpoint of Mr. Lavan Jagarian, the Russian Ambassador to Iran, such news is formed by the representatives of the US to strike a blow to the friendly relations between Russia and Iran, adding such efforts will not succeed.
