Addressing a meeting of senior petrochemical executives on Wednesday that was held with Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh in attendance, Mr. Mohammad said NPC, under his leadership, would be seriously focused on materializing the second leap in the industry and generating value-added.

“We ought to diversity petrochemical products given the abundant feedstock available in the country,” the CEO said.

He also underlined the necessity of developing downstream facilities in the sector.
