AOGPC Acquires Savvy to Repair Gas Injection Regulators

TEHRAN (Shana) -- Iran's Aghajari Oil and Gas Production Company (AOGPC) has developed the technical savvy required for repairing and renovating gas injection regulators.

Speaking to Shana, the director of operations at AOGPC, Mohammad Reza Goudarzi, said the project involves renovation of high-pressure regulators of hydroelectric panels of wellhead (GLD15MK7/HYD and GHP15MK7/HYD models).

This is the first time that such an operation is being performed at one of the subsidiaries of the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), he said.

Aghajari Gas Compressor is the biggest gas injection plant in the Middle East which runs on 22 gas injection wells.

Carrying out repairs by domestic experts, in addition to self-sufficiency in rebuilding these regulators, will bring significant profits and cost savings for the country and prevent foreign currency flight to provide these devices, he added.
