Nahavandian told a group of officials that within less than six months after the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), oil industry was revived and now Iran has managed to reach its position prior to sanctions.
"Once upon a time, oil was a political tool in the hand of Iran and the OPEC members to the extent that threat to use the tool forced the other party to compromise but what happened that the tool was made available to the other party? They used the tool of oil to enforce their tyrannical threats; undoubtedly, such an event could not lead to growth in our power and for our dignity."
