Behbahani told a press conference that all the environment protection standards were observed in development of the field and the Manpower Source Office of the Department of Environment hence offered a license to that end.
He said 58 development wells were drilled in the joint field.
He put insitu oil reserves in the field at 5.68 billion and said the reserves are estimated to reach more than seven billion barrels./
