Head of Iran Fraction in 2025 Horizon in Majlis and Head of the Policy Making Council Rahim Zare said after the imposed war (1980-88) the ground was prepared for compilation of the five-year plans and the first such plan was implemented after its approval by Majlis.
The MP said well-calculated investment in such areas as petrochemicals and oil related industries, energy and aluminum, which enjoy high comparative advantage, will change national economy in the incoming years.
