Hafezi said following re-operation of platform AA in Abuzar oil field the output rose by more than 12,000 bpd.
He said platform AA is one of the collection of platforms in Abuzar oil field in Kharg oil region in which under sea flexible pipelines have been applied, being linked to the main platform AB. It resumed operation as oil wells in the field were put into cycle again.
The output of platform AA in Abuzar oilfield had stopped sometime ago due to problem in the undersea pipelines and Iranian technicians managed to overhaul it.
