Speaking on Sunday at the government cabinet's economic committee, Seif said the administration has successfully curbed inflation in the past couple of years and has put top on it agenda economic transparency and financial order.
"In the past, given the ruling administration's approach, the banking system was becoming frozen in its balance which prevented the system to use all its flexes when needed," he added.
