Talking to Shana, Saheb Nasaq thanked all organs involved in putting off fire in the storage tank of the petrochemical facility.

Fire erupted in the paraxylene tower of the facility on Wednesday and it was totally curbed early Saturday morning.

Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh was in the area to oversee the operations to extinguish the inferno.

The Bou Ali Sina Petrochemical Plant is located on 36 hectares of land in Mahshahr Special Economic Zone northwest of Persian Gulf in Khouzestan Province.
