Zanganeh told Shana that however, all organs, including the Islamic Republic Red Crescent Society, municipalities, governor general’s office, and petrochemical companies, are there to extend help.
He said for the time being, emergency operations to extinguish fire have not been successful.
He added that estimates show chance of success is low but decision is based on doing it.
He noted that operations should be recessed until end of fuel in reserves and it will take about 10 to 15 hours.
“As the team in charge of the extinguishing operations have announced, one should wait until complete burning of substances in the reservoirs and there is nothing to worry about.”
