Managing Director of the Company, Mohammad Bavarsad, made the remark in a press conference at the 21st Iran International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals.

Bavarsad said his company’s gas injection firm  is injecting gas to Aghajari field since 2015.

He said his company  had last year managed to fully address all its production targets and produced 550,000 bpd oil.

He said about 1.2 billion cm/d gas is daily refined and part of the amount is injected to reserves of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company and the rest to those of Aghajari field.

He said the desalination unit of Rag Sefid follows its final stages in the first half of this year and once the project is complete 20,000 to 24,000 bpd will be added to output of his company.
