Javadi made the remark while visiting the 21st International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, which opened at Tehran International Permanent Fairground on Thursday.
Mansour Bazmi of Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) told Shana that the managing director of NIOC had been briefed on the project and he vowed to provide it with finance.
He said a contract has been signed between the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) and the Pars Oil and Gas Company. The project will be operational in Spring next year once necessary credit is provided and necessary conditions are available.
