3.2 bcm of Gas Processed

TEHRAN July 6 (Shana)--Hasheminejad gas processing plant managed to process 3.218 billion cubic meters of gas over the first quarter of the current Iranian calendar year to March 2014, managing director of the facility Naser Eslami said.

Speaking to Shana, he noted that the plant processed more than 17 bcm of gas during the past Iranian calendar year to March 2014.
He continued: "Hasheminejad gas processing plant, as the largest sulfur producing unit in the country, also managed to produce 134 thousand tons and 635 thousand tons of sulfur, respectively, during the first three months of the current year and 12 months of the previous year.
According to Eslami, the plant’s gas liquids production hit 26,000 cubic meters over the first three months of this year since March 21 2014.
Shahid Hasheminejad’s gas intake stood at 6.77 bcm over the last four months of past year, up by 4 percent against similar period a year earlier.
Having received a number of international standard certificates as well as superior research status among the Petroleum Ministry companies are the other recent achievements of Hasheminejad gas processing plant.
