Hassan Abbaszadeh said the first phase focuses on restoring petrochemical companies that were not directly damaged in the conflict.
“In this phase, we are working to consolidate available resources and bring unaffected petrochemical companies back into operation,” he said.
Abbaszadeh added that the process is moving forward with priority given to supplying domestic industries and meeting the needs of downstream sectors.
The deputy oil minister said petrochemical facilities located in Asalouyeh and Mahshahr that were not directly affected by the attacks are expected to resume production under the current recovery plan.
Referring to the second phase, Abbaszadeh said debris removal operations have begun at companies that were directly targeted.
He added that damage assessments have been completed and expressed hope that reconstruction operations would be finalized in the short term.
