In separate rulings, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad named Reza Khilaei and Mohammadhasan Mohammadi as full members of the company’s board of directors. Faezeh Daneshvar was appointed as an alternate board member.
In the decrees addressed to Kheilaei and Mohammadi, the minister cited the Feb. 12, 2026, extraordinary general assembly meeting of the National Iranian Oil Company, as well as relevant provisions of the Oil Ministry’s laws and the company’s statute. He said the appointments were based on the individuals’ “commitment, experience and expertise” and would be for a four-year term.
Paknejad expressed hope that they would succeed in carrying out their responsibilities and achieving the company’s objectives through cooperation with fellow board members and staff.
In a separate decree addressed to Daneshvar, the minister outlined the same legal basis and qualifications, appointing her as an alternate member of the board for a four-year term. He voiced similar expectations for her performance and collaboration with the board and employees.
