“I had constructive and productive talks in Tehran with my counterpart, Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsilyov, within the framework of the countries’ joint economic commission. Iran-Russia relations, based on the 2025 strategic document and backed by the firm determination of officials from both countries, have advanced from understanding to implementation across all areas, especially oil and gas.”
