NIOC CEO Hamid Bovard issued the following decree:

“Given your competence, expertise and commitment, you are hereby appointed as acting head of public relations at the NIOC.

I hope that, your colleagues will help you to succeed in fulfilling your assigned duties.”

In a separate message, Bovard announced his appreciation to Saman Qodousi, the former public relations chief at NIOC and wished succeeding in fulfilling his assigned duties as the caretaker of the Public Relations Department of Iran’s Ministry of Oil.
