According to the South Pars Gas Complex, Mohammad-Shafie Moazeni elaborated on recent measures and tech-based achievements by his refinery, stating that by adopting an innovative strategy based on its staff’s know-how in recent years, the South Pars Gas Refinery No. 3 has completed remarkable projects in the field of modern technologies.

He mentioned tank gauging system update as one of the implemented projects, explaining that under the project, the old system of reservoirs was replaced with the most up-to-date one which led to more accuracy, enhanced operation safety and improvement of storing management. This was done with rely on domestic potentials which is considered as a successful example of the indigenization of advanced technologies.

Using localized technologies has helped more savings of forex while improved the productivity along with reducing overhauling time as well as promotion of sustained production, stated the director of South Pars Gas Refinery No. 3.
