TEHRAN -- The drilling of oil wells of South Pars (SP) has ended, said Iran"s petroleum minister on Saturday.

Seyed Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh added that the wells are to produce 35 thousand and 24 thousand barrels of oil per day in the first and second phases respectively.

Visiting the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, Vaziri-Hamaneh said that the Ghadir and Borzuyeh petrochemical complexes are ready to become operational in the region, according to Mehr.
