The General Manager of Dana Gas, one of the Middle East"s largest natural gas firms, said that the company is planning to expand its businesses into Egypt to take advantage of the country"s booming energy sector, Khaleej Times reported.

The general manager confirmed that Dana Gas"s sponsorship and participation in the Intergas IV conference and exhibition, which was held in Cairo, will bring various benefits to the company, which is currently ranked as Egypt"s sixth largest gas producer.

 

It is worth mentioning that Intergas IV was attended by the leading international energy companies with more than 800 delegates with an interest in Egypt"s oil, gas, and petrochemicals sectors. There are currently 64 companies active in Egypt"s oil and gas sector.
