SHANA (Tehran) – The human resources director of the National Iranian South Oilfields Company emphasized the need to boost employee morale and motivation, highlighting measures already implemented to support the company’s workforce. He said that because a significant portion of employees are stationed in operational areas, human capital policies are designed and executed with priority given to operational staff.
