SHANA (Tehran) – The head of parliament’s Civil Engineering Committee said the oil minister is strongly committed to implementing Article 12 of the Law on Removing Obstacles to Production and has taken the right approach, with funds generated from energy savings already paid to some agencies and yielding acceptable results.
