Shift in Oil Ministry discourse: Private sector as ‘investors,’ not ‘contractors’

SHANA (Tehran) – The CEO of Oxyne Petroleum Middle East said a strategic shift in Iran's oil industry has changed the Oil Ministry's traditional discourse toward the private sector from that of "contractor" to "investor," increasing the private sector's confidence for long-term investment.

SHANA (Tehran) – The deputy planning minister of petroleum emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government and investors to address financial challenges in projects, stating: "One-sided concessions are not feasible under current conditions, and full cooperation from both sides is essential to overcome obstacles."

Iran has no restrictions on cooperation with foreign investors 

SHANA (Tehran) – Iran’s oil minister emphasized that the country has no restrictions on working with foreign investors, stating that achieving the goals of Iran’s oil industry requires investment.
