SHANA (Tehran) – Tehran Governor General Mohammadsadeq Motamedian said no mazut is being used as fuel anywhere in the province, emphasizing that the capital has about 4.2 million active motorcycles, more than 70 percent of which are over 20 years old and mostly worn out and polluting.
