SHANA (Tehran) – The CEO of the National Petrochemical Company stated that developed countries have the greatest responsibility for the plastic pollution crisis and, therefore, must be committed to addressing the issue, emphasizing that the global plastics treaty should focus on the transfer of technologies for recycling and waste management.
