SHANA (Tehran) – The Iranian minister of oil appointed Ali-Mohammad Mousavi as the new representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the OPEC Board of Governors, the Executive Board of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), and the International Energy Forum (IEF).
