Nasrollah Ebrahimi, an official from PEDEC, told IN the negotiations were under way to let the beginning of work on developing the field. The National Iranian Oil Company has signed a 900 million dollar agreement with Petroiran for development of the field. The project is supposed to produce 220,000 barrels per day of crude. It is predicted that one billion barrels of additional crude would be produced in 25 years in this field.
