Abdollah Azari-Ahvazi discussed Arvandan Oil and Gas Company’s plans for the new Iranian year, saying: "The company’s main priority is boosting oil production. We are implementing new measures in smart oilfield development (Digital Oil Field), and evaluating the gas potential of the Darkhovein oil reservoir is another key focus, with results to be announced soon."

He also highlighted oil analyzers and oilfield equipment, adding: "Another major project is the domestic production of a 'Multiphase Flowmeter' for the first time in the country. This device, which is installed at wellheads, has been localized by an Iranian knowledge-based company. The Multiphase Flowmeter is used in both mobile and fixed setups and can simultaneously measure water, oil and gas levels."

The CEO noted that Arvandan Oil and Gas Company, with its young workforce and strong support for knowledge-based firms, is poised to drive further advancements in smart oil and gas fields. "To increase oil production using modern technology, we are implementing AI-powered smart maintenance systems for oil facilities," he said.

Workforce; The beating heart of the oil industry 

Azari-Ahvazi emphasized that "without human resources, there is no oil industry," adding: "This industry has long relied on dedicated personnel for continuous and stable operations, as the journey of oil—from extraction to export—depends on the hard work of oil industry employees."

Wishing oil industry workers a prosperous year, he referenced a pipeline leak early in the 14th administration and the viral spread of oil workers' photos online, stating: "These efforts reflect the sacrifices of young individuals striving for the nation’s success and pride. Therefore, I urge senior oil industry officials and the Parliament to recognize and preserve this motivation."
