Petroleum Ministry Working Group Established

SHANA (Tehran) - The petroleum minister Mohsen Paknejad has established a consultative working group to identify the oil industry's main problems and challenges regarding management and human capital development.

Iranian minister of petroleum advisor Kasra Nouri made the remarks adding the time frame for the formation of the working group and its mission is short-term, and the participants in the decision-making of the group will not be limited to its main members, but based on the type of issue and the organizational relationship of the related units, specialists, managers and experts will be invited to cooperate and participate.

According to him, the working group will provide the ground for effective communication between the minister of petroleum and the representatives of employees and retirees while facilitating the hearing voices of employees without censorship.

With the stabilization of human capital conditions in the oil industry, the working group will end its mission and after that, the department of management and human capital development of the ministry of petroleum will focus on taking further actions under the leadership of the Minister of Petroleum.

Nouri emphasized that the secretariat of the working group appreciates the dignity of all those working in the oil industry, and is ready to listen to their views and suggestions in the relevant fields.
