According to the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC), the text of the decree of Reza Tavakoli, the chairman of the board of directors of the company, reads:

"Considering your commitment and expertise, and according to the resolution of the 403rd meeting of the board of directors of the Persian Gulf Star Oil Company, dated April 18, 2022, you were appointed as the CEO of the Persian Gulf Star Oil Company, by this decree.

"I take this opportunity to thank and appreciate the worthy efforts of Mr. Mohammad Ali Dadvar during his tenure in this position, and ask God for his ever-growing success."
