Jalil Salari said that under the previous administration, petrol was exported at very low prices, adding: "We conducted a pathology on how petrol was sold at these prices and it turned out that one of the reasons was that they did not have a tank and no capacity was created in pipelines.”

He further added that construction of new refining projects gained pace under the new administration.
