According to the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company, ‌Reza Noshadi visited the development plan of the second phase of Ilam Gas Refinery on Sunday, stating that the development of this phase based on domestic capacities is a jihadist action and brings blessings to a lot of people in the western province of Ilam.

“Therefore, the development of this phase, in addition to creating employment and activity during the implementation period, after delivery and transformation and during the operation period, will also be the source of sustainable jobs for specialists in the industries of this province,” he said.

Explaining the benefits of the second phase of the Ilam gas refinery development project, he said: "With the implementation of this project, the refinery's production capacity will increase by about 50% and will increase from 6.8 to 10.2 million cubic meters per day, and its products will be usable in gas and petrochemical transmission pipelines.”
