The NIORDC CEO emphasized that in the new plan, the quota of public cars will be transferred to the bank account according to the current routine. “For private cars, the routine is that for all people, we deposit 15 liters of gasoline to the account of the head of the household on a monthly basis, in which it is possible to buy and sell, move, return and cash the card quota and exchange quotas.”
Salari added: "We have seen arrangements that the quota of households with a small number of people to not be less than 60 liters.”
