Household Quotas in Gasoline Pilot Plan not less than 60 Liters

TEHRAN (Shana) -- The CEO of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) said: "Measures have been considered so that the quota of households in the pilot of the new gasoline distribution plan will not be less than 60 liters."

According to Shana, Jalil Salari this morning, in a televised interview, added: "In implementation of the decision of the government's economic coordination headquarters, a new pilot project will be implemented to distribute gasoline in three fuel supply stations on Kish Island."

He added: "According to this plan, the quota for storing gasoline in the fuel card of cars and motorcycles will be maintained."

The NIORDC CEO emphasized that in the new plan, the quota of public cars will be transferred to the bank account according to the current routine. “For private cars, the routine is that for all people, we deposit 15 liters of gasoline to the account of the head of the household on a monthly basis, in which it is possible to buy and sell, move, return and cash the card quota and exchange quotas.”

Salari added: "We have seen arrangements that the quota of households with a small number of people to not be less than 60 liters.”
