Noting that it is very important to take care of the workers and employees of the oil industry, he added: "The biggest capital of the Ministry of Petroleum is not platforms and tanks, but it is the capable and hard-working manpower.”

The member of the Energy Commission of the parliament pointed out that in the platform and the operational area, a person should have different and specialized abilities and work in difficult conditions away from his family, and called on all sympathizers of the system to put more attention to the welfare and livelihood of operational staff of the industry.
