According to Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC), after the successful installation of the FY-B residential platform in the Forouzan oil field with the capacity to accommodate 45 employees in December, the remaining activities to complete the executive stages of the platform began and after equipping the workshop in May, the work of transferring the purchased equipment including Potable Water Package, Sterilizer Package UPS, battery and piping items were done.

Currently, the required structural reinforcement at the equipment installation site has been completed and the structure has been installed on site.

Also, electrical and instrumentation supports have been completed and piping of fire lines and equipment-related lines is underway.

The pre-commissioning and initial commissioning of the Forouzan residential platform may begin next month.
