According to IRNA, Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi submitted a letter introducing the proposed members of the ministers of the 13th government to the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
Accordingly, the President nominated Javad Owji as the proposed Minister to run for the Ministry of Petroleum to win a vote of confidence from members of the parliament.
Javad Owji has a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Ahwaz University of Petroleum Industry and has been working in the oil industry since 1990.
