According to NIGC, Hassan Montazer Torbati said this figure has been unprecedented in the history of the country's gas processing, saying it will increase in the next 10 days.
As he said, modifications have been made to the refinery system and the return of gas resources so that NIGC will be able to meet part of this consumption by increasing production.
He continued: "These measures have been taken due to the high amount of domestic and commercial consumption in order to balance production and consumption to some extent."
The Deputy Minister of Petroleum for Gas Affairs stated: “We are currently using all our power for better and safer gas transmission.”
Torbati stressed: "We must know that of course, we cannot achieve balance in the network by increasing production, and all people must accompany and help us with the optimal consumption of gas so that we can allocate this clean energy to industries and power plants."
