According to National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), Ahmad Mohammadi, NISOC CEO, and Jafar Tofighi, RIPI head, met on Saturday in the southwestern city of Ahwaz.

RIPI acts as the research arm of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum.

A major subsidiary of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), NISOC accounts for over 80 percent of Iran’s crude oil production.
