According to Petropars, Hamid Reza Masoudi said the project included pre-startup monitoring, commissioning, startup, operation, performance guarantee testing and early production from the phase.

He said POMC was primarily concerned with preservation of its skilled human resources and won a tender to develop the project.

Previously, POMC undertook various projects in Phase 12 (Ninth Refinery), Phase 19 (Tenth Refinery) and Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery (Khangiran).
