According to Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), the second consignment of processed items in the refineries has been delivered to petrochemicals consumers operating in Assaluyeh, southern Iran, via a pipeline.
Given the fact that the first ethane production train of the refinery was online, the gas produced at phase 22 of the offshore field was processed and sent to petrochemicals plants for consumption.
The first platform of the phases is now operating with 14 mcm/d of sour gas production capacity.
Once fully operational, the phase would supply 2,750 tons of ethane.
