Javadinia told a group of Petroleum Ministry officials that mechanisms of technological development along with transfer of technology should be taken into consideration while noting various methodologies at work.
The meeting of the Petroleum Ministry's upstream Oil Industry experts also discussed annexation of the point on technological transfer to the proposed model of oil contracts, technological education, strategy of technological jump and experience sharing with other countries.
They discussed amendment of oil contracts, establishment of the E&P companies and introducing mechanisms of technology attraction.
