Gov’t Cuts Capital Flight

TEHRAN August 25 (Shana)--Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh said the Iranian government has managed to reduce the flight of capitals and human resources.

The minister said the first action by the administration of President Hassan Rouhani was to change the atmosphere prevailing over the country.
“Since the 11th administration took office, we have managed to move towards serenity and our main objective is still to remove obstacles to production in the country,” said Nematzadeh.
He said that industry and mine sectors had shrunk 12.5 percent under the former administration.
