According to the NIGC, Deputy Oil Minister Ahmad Zeraatkar visited damaged refineries at the South Pars Gas Complex and stressed the importance of maintaining stability in the country’s gas supply network.

During the field visit, Zeraatkar reviewed the latest recovery measures, debris-clearing operations and reconstruction progress at facilities damaged in recent attacks.

Some refineries at the South Pars complex were damaged on March 18, 2026, following a hostile attack by an aggressor enemy.
