Mostafa Nakhaei said the dedication and efforts of the Oil Ministry during the third imposed war were remarkable. He noted that even with attacks on certain oil and gas facilities, the commitment of workers ensured there were no problems in supplying fuel, delivering gas or maintaining other key activities.
Nakhaei added that, based on his years of experience in the oil sector, such performance reflects strong management and sound decision-making under crisis conditions. He said a culture of organizational commitment and national pride exists across all levels of the Oil Ministry, enabling the sector to navigate challenges effectively.
He also said the Energy Committee appreciates the efforts of oil industry workers and is working to address some of their concerns. As rebuilding oil facilities remains a national priority, he noted that one step Parliament could take to improve workers’ livelihoods is to remove salary caps for oil employees.
