Veep appreciates efforts in fuel supply, distribution

SHANA (Tehran) – In a conversation with the Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company, the First Vice President expressed gratitude for the measures taken in fuel supply and distribution. He emphasized the need for timely fuel supply across the country and issued necessary orders to ensure continued service under all circumstances.

According to president.ir, Mohammadreza Aref, as part of the government's ongoing efforts to manage the country under wartime conditions, held separate telephone conversations with senior officials from the Ministries of Health, Interior, Oil, Energy, the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization, and the Department of the Environment. He stressed the importance of maintaining services to the people and issued the required directives.

Emphasizing that the country's current affairs must be managed properly even in wartime, Aref stated: "Meeting the people's needs and maintaining public calm are the government's top priorities."

Ensuring Stable Fuel Supply

In his talk with Mohammad-Sadeq Azimifar, Managing Director of the NIORDC, the First Vice President stressed the necessity of timely fuel distribution nationwide. While appreciating the actions already taken, he issued orders for the continuation of services under any circumstances.

Addressing Environmental Damages

In a subsequent discussion with Shina Ansari, head of the DoE, Aref received a report on the environmental damage caused by recent enemy attacks. He stressed the need for precise monitoring of pollutants and assessment of the extent of the damage, issuing the necessary orders.

Preparedness Against Threats to Electricity Infrastructure

In a call with Mohammad Elahdad, acting head of Tavanir Company (Iran's Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Management Company), the First Vice President appreciated the efforts made to ensure electricity supply and rebuild networks. He issued the necessary orders to enhance preparedness against potential enemy threats to the country's power infrastructure.

In these calls, the First Vice President emphasized full coordination among executive bodies, stating: "The government is managing the situation with all its capacity, and the process of providing services to the people will not stop under any circumstances."
