According to the company, CEO Ramin Hatami made the remarks Sunday during a visit to operational units and facilities of the Masjed Soleyman Oil and Gas Company. He praised employees for their dedication and tireless efforts, noting that they have prioritized maintaining production during this period.
“Stability in ongoing processes and the prevention of any disruptions are the result of the strong presence of specialists,” he said. “This operational commitment is the most important factor in safeguarding reservoirs and the organization’s assets at this time.”
Hatami emphasized that employees’ expertise and technical knowledge in addressing challenges are key to maintaining organizational stability. He added that their full-time presence at work sites and efficient resource management reflect a strong sense of responsibility and commitment under all conditions.
During the visit, Hatami also reviewed equipment conditions and service delivery under current environmental circumstances. He said removing logistical obstacles and ensuring maximum provision of technical needs must be prioritized, adding that engineering units should maintain full readiness to stabilize operational capacity.
Shahram Zolfaqari, CEO of the Masjed Soleyman Oil and Gas Production Company, presented a comprehensive report on project progress and the stability of subsidiary units on the sidelines of the visit.
At the conclusion of the visit, officials held a meeting to discuss various aspects of technical operations and strategies to improve productivity in the region.
