President warns energy attacks could trigger 'uncontrollable consequences'

SHANA (Tehran) — President Masoud Pezeshkian on Wednesday condemned recent attacks against Iran’s energy infrastructure, warning that such actions could lead to “uncontrollable consequences” that might affect the entire world.

“I strongly condemn the attack on Iran’s energy infrastructure,” Pezeshkian wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“These aggressive actions will bring no benefit to the Zionist-American enemy and its supporters. Instead, they will complicate the situation and may lead to consequences beyond control that could involve the entire world.”
Pezeshkian’s statement followed reports of hostile attempts to damage Iran’s vital energy systems. The president reiterated that Iran would not tolerate acts targeting its national security or economic stability, emphasizing that instability in global energy markets could have widespread repercussions.
