In a post published Sunday on the social platform X, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said South Pars workers achieved a record output of 730 million cubic meters of natural gas per day.
“Under the tough conditions of sanctions, my colleagues at South Pars, by registering a historic record of 730 million cubic meters of gas production per day, became a reliable pillar for managing energy during the winter of 1404,” Paknejad wrote.
He described the milestone as the result of “tireless effort and dedication” aimed at ensuring household heating supply across Iran.
Paknejad thanked South Pars employees for what he called their “high determination,” adding that the achievement helped support the country through challenging winter conditions.
