Consumption in these sectors on Thursday (January 29) totaled 641 million cubic meters per day, down 17 million cubic meters from the previous day, Wednesday (January 28).
The National Iranian Gas Company said managing consumption in the residential and commercial sectors plays a decisive role in maintaining network stability and meeting demand in other sectors. The company said setting indoor temperatures in homes and workplaces at 20 degrees Celsius is the simplest and most effective way to reduce gas use.
The company urged subscribers to follow optimal consumption patterns and conserve gas to help ensure a stable supply nationwide. It added that adhering to efficient consumption practices, especially during cold days, not only helps maintain network stability but also facilitates gas supplies for industrial users.
